Car repeatedly parked on pavement, 17th May

This same car has parked on Hencotes several times & is not only a hazard for mobility scooters & pushchairs it affects visibility when manoeuvring at the junction. Sadly if not addressed will be the ‘norm’ for pavements throughout Hexham

Bankside including two trees has collapsed into river next to footpath. r., 17th May

A large section of bankside less than one metre from the footpath has collapsed into the river, also taking down two whole trees. There is now a 10 metre sheer drop from the edge of the path down onto the rockfall and river. However, what's left of the bankside next to the path is already subsiding further with several large holes and the overhang looks to be in imminent risk of collapse. I would consider this area to pose a dangerous risk to anyone standing on the subsiding bank. I note that this issue was reported by someone else 10 days ago

Two trees half fallen across the road, 17th May

There are 2 trees that have half fallen across the road, and are perched very precariously, leaning on a very flimsy looking little tree. When they do fall completely (which they will) they will bring down a wire and completely block the road at best, and at worst they will kill someone.

Growing weeds along cycle path, 15th May

Shared use path between the railway crossing at the western end of the park up to the bridge under A69 - i.e the path that runs alongside the railway line. Along the whole length of the edge of the path by the railway line supporting wall the weeds are starting to grow like made. A lot of vegetation debris from previous years has collected against the wall. . This needs clearing away along the full length before the summer growth starts. It will then start to reduce the width of the path as it collects on top of existing debris.

The air conditioning unit at the rear of the garage is causing ALL residents of Garden Terrace problems as it is such a loud irritating noise. This needs investigating and to be fixed immediately.
