Tree is massively overgrown and looks to be a significant health and saftey risk as the owner does not look after it. It is absolutely massive and is blocking light into our house, neighbours have said the same thing. It probably stands more than 30m high and has a double stem. Due to the recent storms, it looks like it is swaying quite a lot more than usual.
