Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9920699.

The council says they are not responsible for this area, however if this is the case the council should enforce the businesses the litter congregates on, the grass of the petrol garage and the railings of the stone memorials and floor factory to tidy it up
