I smelt sewage when I was walking along the pavement and then noticed the murky water gushing out of the drain. I was walking with my friend who said it’s been there since the heavy rain on Sunday night and her husband videoed human excrement and wipes floating down the pavement. I have asked him for the video. I spoke to Councillor Gordon Castle who said this is urgent but I can’t see how to report this on here as urgent. Thank you
