Overflowing drain when heavy rain
Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9748292.
Every time there is heavy rain the drain does not cope and the water does not go down the drain straight away causing flooding to the street in to overflowing 112 and 114s gardens. Last week when the storm hit, there was faeces floating in it and it comes up to over the kerb and into garden so no way to not walk through it. This happens each time there is heavy rain, it eventually goes but this time the faeces and residue were left and awful smell for a few days.
