Weeds not pulled out !

I noticed someone spraying the weeds a few days ago, but simply spraying them doesn’t seem to be enough. The weeds have died, but they haven’t been removed, so they’re still covering the pavements and edges.

The whole length of Well Close, from Brucegate and along the front of Well Close down to the doctor’s surgery, is overgrown with weeds and shrubs. The area outside the doctor’s surgery, in particular, has become a tripping hazard.

Could all of the weeds please be properly removed, including pulling them out from the roots, rather than just spraying them? This would help improve both the appearance of the area and the safety of pedestrians.
