Contents of recycling bin emptied on roadside

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9677112.

LH side of the road towards Western Way. There is frequently litter, plastic bags and bottles, dropped along this road, usually after the BLUE BIN lorry has been round. I have seen the contents of the bin lorry blowing out the back of the truck before, and wonder if this is the cause?
