Bins as shown have been like this for weeks. The main road is being littered with large food wrappers and more. Local Residents have picked up the worst. We have had rats running from the wall adjacent to the area. Visitors. Coaches / day trippers snd church goers walk this street. Someone / whoever needs to take responsibility? I’d be grateful for some help. Please advise. Many thanks
