I'm very concerned about the integrity of a wall in the footway at the back of Kingsgate Terrace. The wall belongs to the property above the lane. The wall is bulging outwards into the lane. I'm concerned about the weight behind it and of possible collapse. I would appreciate an inspection as it appears to be unsafe. Thank you
