Dumped mattress, shaped chipboard piece, full black bin bag

Appalling fly-tipping over the Ulgham Lane sign at the junction. From what can be seen there is a mattress, some kind of shaped chipboard item. There is also a full black bin bag in the hedge. I do not know what this bag contains. This seems to have been dumped on Monday 8th June. Ulgham Lane is a pleasant country lane that is being regularly used as a dumping ground (as well as for excess speed!)
