Grass not cut

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9566237.

The grass verges throughout the village have not been cut for some time. The grass has actually gone to seed with large weeds growing. The village looks a complete mess which is a shame as it’s looked good for a number of years. We have our village Gala this weekend and it’s disappointing the village will look unkempt. I’d like to know what the grass cutting regime is and is it responsibility of NCC or Town Council.
