I recently purchased the property at 59 Low Greens. The water from the roof is draining onto the road - however the gutter next to the house has been back-filled with tarmac preventing water run-off from reaching the drain at the corner of the road (pictures attached). The road is therefore flooding next to the house when in rains, potentially causing issues with damp in the house.
