ILlegal camping on Pier Beach near Lowry shelter,Berwick upon Tweed

Despite a clearly visible red and white sign by the small car park at Pier Beach which states NO OVERNIGHT PARKING NO CAMPING there was a blue tent erected for most of last week which was then left and then today a couple with two large wheelie suitcases,sleeping bags and tent were erecting a tent right by the footpath down to the beach this morning. They were rude when I said politely there was no camping allowed there. There were also two men flying a powerful drone over dog walkers on the beach this morning which is intrusive and noisy. Berwick Police have been informed, the NCC emailed and also Berwick Council Office informed. This is popular recreational space for children playing football, families having picnics ,bird watchers and dog walkers and it shouldn't be spolit by people camping illegally or using campervans there and leaving rubbish and loo paper in the bushes. There are no toilet facilities nearby. This should be enforced by NCC Enforcement Officers/ Berwick Police promptly and far more visible patrol cars/ community policing in the town centre especially during the summer.
