Dangerous speeding cars and other vehicles

Can we please have the mobile speed camera installed in this area This road is now being used by racers at all times of the day and night - vans are overtaking vehicles travelling at 30 miles per hour between Morrisons roundabout and the railway bridge regularly. Particularly worrying is when there are children coming and going to Schools. No replacement school patrol officer and an old peoples home in the area. More signage and a speed warning on the road may prove beneficial also Thanks
