Bags of rubbish on grass verge just off Main Road into Seghill. Just behind speed monitor.

    Rubbish was still there yesterday. It is blocking the footpath.

    I noticed yesterday the original rubbish had been removed but saw that this tub was in the place where the rubbish had been. I've just checked and I'm not sure if the rubbish has just been put into this large tub or if this is new rubbish?
