- Where pedestrians are having to walk off the pavement into the road due to a blocked drain

- Where surface water from the highway is entering business premises
- Where surface water from the highway is entering private property
- Where there is a build-up of surface water at a bus stop
- Where there is a build-up of surface water at pedestrian crossings

Our team have attended the reported gulley. We still require further investigation to resolve the issue. This could be due to several factors we’ve encountered:
- Further cleaning of the main pipe is required
- A blockage has been discovered in another area
- The gulley requires a full replacement
