Verges overgrown on cycle route

Hi, please could the verge be cut along this road, it's a popular walking and cycling route - however when I drive along to my house on the lane people struggle to step to the side - it's especially an issue for wheelchairs, pushchairs etc. thanks

  • Hi the verge is now totally overgrown. In the past you've been really responsive and cut the verge quickly which I'm grateful for. But this hasn't been actioned this time and the verge is so overgrown it's impossible for anyone to get past a vehicle on the lane it has also scratched my car. Please can the grass be cut as a matter of urgency. Can you also advise how I claim for damage caused to my car by the thorns sticking out the verge over the road. Thanks
