Public Footpath Access Denied

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9497856.

The gate used to access the public footpath toward embleton has been locked. Rights of way being blocked or locked seems to becoming a common theme in the village as reported in another post about a horsebox. You can climb the gate but certainly not with a leashed dog. No livestock are currently present in the field on the day of the report.
