Dangerous road surface

This section of road near to Howick gardens is extremely dangerous to cyclists, I have ridden my bike on this road for the past 8 years and it has gradually got worse. Please can this be made a priority, there a couple of roads nearby that have been completely resurfaced recently and I suggest this section is totally resurfaced before an unfortunate cyclist either falls off because of the diabolical surface or is hit by a vehicle whilst avoiding the numerous holes and ruts. A site visit by a highways engineer would be strongly recommended. I believe this is one of Northumberland county councils coast and castles routes specifically attracting cyclists to quieter roads within the county.
