2 traffic light failures

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9472421.

Traffic lights recently installed are not working from 2 out of 4 directions. Furthermore the timings of sequencing is too quick. As one set goes from green to amber the others go to amber and green. There is no delay when they are working
