Driving along this lane im not from this area , but it looks like someone has been tidying their vehicle out and have left something behind. there is a receipt with name and address attached to the bag. but as i say i dont know the area as im not from around here. and i didnt have my reading glasses to see what the receipt says. something the council can sort out ? noticed the sign saying cctv no fly tipping so council should be able to see whats what.
