Roundabout entrance to The Fairways

Hi, I am unsure what option to put this under, however I was wondering when the unsightly orange cones around the roundabout are going to be removed and some landscaping added to the roundabout? All the other roundabouts in Cramlington are beautiful, this is the first roundabout when entering Cramlington from this direction and it looks awful with the cones round it, the roundabout when entering from Dudley is gorgeous with a giant Cramlington stone plaque on it. I appreciate the estate has not been adopted yet however we pay enough council tax to at least feel like you care about us and want to put some effort it.
