Hedge overgrown onto pavement cannot get down street safely with my wheelchair.

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9426922.

Hedge is so overgrown it is impossible to use path. I permanently in a wheelchair and have to move into the middle of the road to navigate down the street which is extremely dangerous.
