Broken fence obstructing road

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9426239.

Number 19 Garden terrace fence panels blow down a number of months ago, they have them propped up against the wall beside the road and they keep blowing in to the road I am sick of having to remove them from the road to get my car past. There are 5 fence panels, would it be possible to have someone contact the property and get them to fix it or remove the panels to stop them blowing over. thank you for your help in this matter x
