Deep pothole in the short stay area of Castlegate carpark

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9425586.

There is a very deep pothole on the left hand side of Castlegate carpark as you drive in the short stay area. I think this was originally a drain but was filled in and now what is left is a hole getting deeper. Please reinstate the drain because it looks like the hole will just keep getting deeper.
