Petrol and oil leaking from parked car

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9420997.

The owner of the vehicle does not live in this street or town, he resides at this his friends property on Greenholme Road haltwhistle. His car has been parked outside my address for 3days leaking fuel and oil their Is a whole patch underneath his car he is till continuing to drive the vehicle knowing their Is a leak.
