Public complaints of lighting failures

I have had numerous complaints about lighting failures in the street making it unsafe for residents especially elderly people. Previous reports have allegedly gone without resolution. Can someone pick this up and resolve it for the people in Moorland Cottages please

  • The electricity supply to the street lighting unit has failed. Northern Powergrid are responsible for the power supply. An update request will need to be sent to Northern Power grid, their reference is #260115-005587. We are unable to update due to this being out of our hands when the issue is sent to Northern Powergrid.
