Open wasteland at end of ivy street Amble

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9384495.

Several different vehicles have been seen dumping waste at end of ivy street. The amount of rubbish is getting bigger everyday. Our concerns are that anybody has started tipping here. Soon it will be household rubbish in the night as there's no fencing. Rats have already been seen in this area.
