Littering on a daily basis please help council

Please can the council install covert cctv on this part of the road as someone is throwing out their litter on a daily basis, i am constantly litter picking here and every day i pass the are littering on a daily basis. please help

  • The Council cannot use covert cameras to identify roadside litter offenders. If we have clear evidence of the incident to help identify the offender, either CCTV / Dashcam footage or a witness who is prepared to give a statement which later maybe used in court.
