I believe this path does indeed belong to NCC . Today when using this path to take my grandchildren up to the school while pushing the youngest in a pushchair the wheel became stuck in a pot hole and I almost tipped it over,it’s getting worse and is totally unacceptable on a pathway where many of us have pushchairs and or toddlers
