New roadworks were put but there is confusion on when one starts and the other one finishes

This is still causing lots of problems more so really as nobody knows the exact line so all they do is just park over it and we are still struggling to get cars up and we also struggling with people just park there as they don’t see anything that says keep clear. There is five houses here who have cars and at many times we have to park on the main street because we cannot get to our property and then you can only park on the street for two hours because traffic will give you a traffic ticket and when we do catch people who have completely took over the whole area their answer is can’t see the lines didn’t know I couldn’t park there. I was only five minutes went quite clearly there weren’t five minutes some can be over two hours. I missed the hospital appointment because of this. It has to be more clear. It has to be more defined. There has to be a sign to say this needs to be clear as as cars use the lane to access their house.
