Owners not picking up dog poo from the pavement Chareway near hedges. Happening all the time. I have spare poo bags and I sometimes pick it up and take it to the nearest bin with my dogs on a walk. We need new signage up on lampposts in the area to state that this is an offensive. Who do you have checking this please? Can we have a dog warden ?
