Damage to my wall following works

Hi following the work carried out my the council on the issue with the path and grassed area outside ridsdale close my house is number 28 and when they weee using the digger to remove flag stones they caught my wall and bricks have now fallen out which I deem to be unsafe for people passing and the fact there is a nursery right outside and I also have a 7 year old child. Could someone please come and inspect the wall and see about having it repaired please.
