Dangerous Glass everywhere

As reported previously, there is still an abundance of broken glass and cardboard in the ally. it is extremely dangerous for people using this area for going up and down to the maltings carpark, lots of elderly and children use this and it would be awful to think what would happen if they were to fall. This most recent lot of broken glass etc has been here for weeks and is getting worse. The bottles appear to come from the commercial disposal bins at the top of the steps that relate to a local bar / restaurant. The waste cardboard that is scattered all over this area appears to come from their bins too.
