Around of the back of 1 2 and 3 norwich way the lane is full of weeds moss and the fence on the back is barely standing up anymore i feel as there are elderly and disabled pedestrians who need to use that lane for access to back gardens it is unsafe and unsightly if a team could be sent out to clean up and put a new fence up this would really be appriciated thank you
