This issue has been reported many times and nothing is being done is the council responsible for parks maintenance if so why is this park being neglected I have recently moved in to Seaton gardens and this is now my local park and it’s discusting there’s dog fouling rubbish left from teenagers hanging out there late at night and larger rubbish being fly tipped there’s also rubbish from the new houses being built which has blown over this is a big problem and nothing seems to be happening also why is the park gates not locked up in the evening to avoid anti social behaviour taking place
