Potholes under flooded road on corner

These potholes have been here for a few months now and as they are underwater at a bend on a narrow road is is impossible to avoid them when there is an oncoming vehicle. I was nearly dismounted when my bike wheel fell into this hole today. See photos of depth over 4 inches!
