3 lights off on roundabout light

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9261201.

One is flashing keeping me awake. This has not been fixed but reported since Dec. Can you tell me who is responsible for fixing so I can chase this and you just close the report saying message passed on. Someone needs to step up.
