£££ spent and never looked after

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9259926.

££££ spent on installation of new seating and area outside library but never cleaned after installation never cleaned at all, road sweep man is amazing but he can only do so much, not seen the sweeper vehicle for over a year and certainly not since the works completed. Please can we have a deep clean of this area and regular maintenance like we had before. The plants are dead the new seats are full of rubbish and pigeon poo whole area needs a deep clean.
