Safety fencing top of hallstile bank

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9254827.

The fencing to protect the public from further falling debris is damaged and is no longer acting as a barrier. Public can get right up to the front of bobs barbers and under the scaffolding.
