Tree danger of coming down

This tree is now at a height that should it come down like 5 other trees in this area it will cause property and personal damage. it needs lopped or taken down and replaced with sapling. During the winds at weekend, the tree lost a number of branch and was very close to coming down towards the nearest homes. Please address ASAP before someone hurt or something is damaged.
