Grass needs cutting

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9248458.

The grass on the public areas is getting ridiculously long. The guy who used yo cut the grass has retired and not replaced therefore no grass cutting has taken place. The area looks a disgrace and has been completely neglected unlike surrounding areas like Ashington and Morpeth. This is an absolute disgrace.

  • The grass cutting programme in currently underway. We aim to cut amenity grass on a fortnightly cycle during the cutting season however this will depend on weather conditions etc. This request will be assessed by the team and actioned where necessary. Thank you.
