Dangerous road layout B630 outside new housing development

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9247971.

They built a new footway here as part of the new development site weeks ago but it remains closed and fenced off. In the meantime the road has been narrowed because of this and it is so dangerous for pedestrians walking up and down this hill. There are children using this route every day and only a matter of time before someone is hit by a vehicle.
