Obstructed view from junction - parking on yellow lines and pavement

When leaving institute road onto station road there is constantly cars parked on the right hand side on double yellow lines and the pavement. This obstructs the view of the driver on institute road when turning onto station road.

This is really dangerous. I have lived here since Sept 2023 and has been an issue since then. Please can this be reviewed and enforcement actions taken on these cars. It is often the same cars doing this, and I believe this relates to the businesses which are located here (between the care home and the institute road junction)
