This fence came down next to.my property last night after storm Dave ..I managed to get some one to move the panels and posts to the rear of my property..I understand this is a council fence ..There should also be a fence across for my car parking space .. the old fence panels and posts will need to be removed ..this fence was to allow neighbours bin access ..
