Traffic lights still turning red when no one presses button

Hi reported this issue almost a week ago And still not fixed. The lights on beresford road keep turning red when no one there to press button. Witnessed them turning red 4 times in a 2 minute watch around 8pm on The 2nd April. Saw 2 white vans on separate occasions this week Parked beside the lights but no one out fixing them.
