White van in poor condition abandoned in car park

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9226454.

I use this car park on a daily basis and this van appeared over a week ago and has not moved since. It looks is fairly poor condition with broken indicators and mirrors.
