Loose paving slab on the staircase

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9222233.

There are steps from the cycle way up to the car park (next to where the library used to be). The third step from the bottom in the middle is NOT cemented down. So that when coming down these steps (in the middle) the paving slab pivots on the leading edge and lifts up like a see-saw! It's been like that for at least a week now.
