Paving slabs rocking and un even and cracked

I was walking the dog and have tripped on this bit of paving slab. Directly outside 2 and 4 Elsdon Ave seaton Delaval where the bungalows are. The paving is uneven approximately 3 slabs they rock when walked on. 1 is cracked and I believe are dangerous. 3 of them are quite high and need attention
