Public right of way not being cleared

Sent to Northumberland County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9193848.

The public bridle path / footpath has not been cleared through the crop field. It was not cleared last year. Can it be ensured that this public right of way be instated as it should be this year.
